I make every effort to get the item you've purchased to you as fast as I can.
I use Royal Mail within the UK and all charges reflect the current Royal Mail postage rates.
If you return an item, I do not refund postage except in exceptional circumstances. Please contact me by email or phone to discuss your situation.
I will send every item by tracked facilities wherever possible to ensure that the item gets to you, however I cannot be held responsible for what happens to your package once it has left Knatters Knits.
If you are concerned that your package has not arrived or you have issues with the contents, please contact me asap, but within a week of receipt so that we can discuss a plan of action.
